PickApp provides a seamless, user-friendly car-sharing experience designed for convenience and flexibility. Here’s how it works:
Step 1: Download the PickApp Mobile App
- Available on iOS and Android, the app is your gateway to modern mobility.
- Ensure you meet the requirements:
- Age: 21 years or older.
- Driver’s License: Valid license with at least two years of driving experience.
Step 2: Register Your Account
- Submit Necessary Documents:
- For Togo residents: A government-issued ID.
- For non-residents: A valid passport.
- Account Verification:
- Once approved, your account is activated for bookings.
Step 3: Top Up Your Wallet
- Add funds using Mobile Money options like Flooz and T-Money, or globally accepted Visa and Mastercard credit/debit cards.
- Ensure a minimum balance is maintained to reserve vehicles.
Step 4: Locate a Pickup Point
- Use the app’s interactive map to find nearby pickup zones.
- Secure Pickup Locations:
- Staff on-site to assist with your booking.
- Monitored with cameras for security.
- Equipped with 3–4 cars per location for availability.
Step 5: Reserve a Car
- Choose a vehicle, make a reservation, and head to the selected pickup location.
- Reservations are held for 15 minutes, giving you ample time to arrive.
Step 6: Unlock Your Car
- At the pickup point, a PickApp staff member will verify your booking.
- Use the app to scan a QR code to unlock the vehicle and begin your journey.
Step 7: Drive and Manage Your Journey
- Drive the car for the reserved time, with the option to:
- Extend Your Booking: Through the app in real-time.
- End Your Booking: When you’ve completed your trip.
- Drop-Off Points:
- Return the car to designated PickApp parking spots when finished.
Step 8: Payments and Support
- Secure Payments:
- Automatic payment is deducted from your wallet at the end of your trip.
- Customer Support:
- Access real-time assistance via the app for any questions or concerns.

- Ride-Hailing Services: Book a ride through the app with registered PickApp dispatchers.
- Dispatcher Integration:
- Dispatchers will assist with:
- Delivering cars to customers’ doorsteps.
- Picking up and dropping off vehicles for car-sharing clients.
